The 2026 Health Equity Conference will be held in the Cook Foundation Events Center (rooms 102-104), located on the first floor of the Daniel and Pamella DeVos Center for Interprofessional Health (DCIH) Building located at 333 Michigan St NE, Grand Rapids, MI 49503. 

The GPS address for the DCIH parking ramp is 415 Prospect Ave NE, Grand Rapids, MI 49503. The image below shows how to access the DCIH Upper Level Visitor Parking from Michigan St NE. Once you enter the DCIH Building from the parking garage on the main floor, take the stairs or elevators up to the first floor. 

You will need to print this parking pass and place it on your dashboard. Vehicles without a displayed pass may be ticketed. If you forget your pass, you can obtain one from the Visitor Parking lot as there is no attendance booth in the shared ramp.
