WHO IS INVOLVED? 8 Community members 14 Connectors & Navigators 12 Community Based Organizations MEETINGS Meet bimonthly to prioritize health concerns and lend perspective on strategies that would be most effective in addressing challenges.

MEETINGS Gather quarterly (with entire council) to better understand and address community identified priorities and improve cross-sector communication.
    AREAS OF FOCUS Members from both community voice and systems will form small groups and meet independently to put into action the identified strategies. MEETINGS Teams will form and begin meeting monthly in February. Community voice meetings will move to 1x a month.
